QBlock series provides wide selection to choose appropriate hot block to increase efficiency of digestion and through put. Teflon coated graphite block and enclosure provides ability to produce contamination free results.

1. 230 °C QBlock Digestion Block Systems
Features:
- PTFE Coated Graphite & Anodized Aluminum Blocks
- Temperature up to 400 °C

- Each QBlock is equipped with its own separated QController to be used outside of fume hood protected from heat and acids
- QController can store up to 4 recipes
- Each recipe can have 10 steps controlling temperature, ramp, and hold time
- Complete flexibility – QBlocks available for a variety of vials and liners
- Unique heating elements for providing uniform heating that reaches adequate temperatures for tri-acid treatment

2. 400 °C QBlock Digestion Block Systems
Features:
- Equipped with its own separated QController capable of storing 10 step 4 heating profiles
- PTFE coated stainless steel enclosure
- Unique heating elements for providing uniform heating that reaches adequate temperatures for Kjeldahl method
- Vial Tray stand allows tray to be anchored in different positions for heating and cooling.

2-Microwave Digestion System Q-Wave
Q-WAVE Microwave Digestion syaytems have following features:
- Ideal for digestion, extraction, evaporation, and synthesis
- Built-in temperature and pressure monitoring of each digestion vessel
- User-independent safety features ensuring safe digestions
- Controlled release of over pressure to avoid cross-contamination
- Rotating antenna and 360° carousel rotation ensuring uniform microwave distribution
- Corrosion-proof PTFE-coated reinforced cavity for corrosion resistance
- Two-900 Watt magnetrons provide continuously variable, non-pulsed, evenly distributed power in small increments for precise temperature control of every vessel.

1. QWave 1000: Single Magnetron system.
Closed & Open Vessel Digestions, Open Vessel configuration comes with External exhaust blower to take care of excessive acid fumes generated during operation.
2. QWave 2000.
Dual Magnetron High Power System for Closed Vessel Sample Digestions.

3. QASH Microwave Ashing System
QAsh achieves fast ashing times by combining in-situ airflow with a microwave. It has a large floor area to accommodate a large number of samples and is suitable for polymers, oils, food, pulp, sludge, and many other sample types. QAsh software controlled air inlet provides the user with the capability to expedite the ashing and cooling process. Additionally, it allows the system to carry out the heating in an inert environment. QAsh employs a heavy duty R Type Thermocouple which increases durability and ensures accurate temperature measurements over the complete working range.

5. Automated Dilution System – QPrep
The QPrep Automated Workstation provides an integrated solution for precise sample dilutions, transfers, dispensing and other liquid handling functions for the laboratory. The system is designed to handle precise reagent delivery for a large number of samples in multiple rack configurations. Automating the handling of expensive and hazardous chemicals helps to increase the profitability and safety of the laboratory.
