Sibata Scientific Technology Ltd, Japan’s Water Activity Analyzer Easily measure water activity in samples. Water activity is the critical parameter for food quality and safety of various products from foods to pharmaceuticals. Water activity measures the amount of “free” water in a product, the water available for microbial growth and chemical reactions, making it possible to predict product stability, shelf life, and safety.

AW-Multi is a water activity analyzer designed to measure multiple product samples simultaneously. With AW-Multi, water activity of up to 16 samples can be measured.

• Custom software available
• Uses the same Sensor-equipped Sample Container as the model AW-1
• Alarm to notify the measurement completion
• Two modes of measurement: Stability Mode and Quick Mode
• Automaticaly stores measured data on PC in CSV format. (Compatible operating systems: Windows 10, 11)
