The immunoaffinity column can selectively adsorb Aflatoxin in the sample solution, thereby providing a highly targeted purification effect on the sample. The purified sample solution after passing through the column can be directly used for HPLC analysis or detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer after treatment. The use of affinity columns in combination with HPLC or fluorescence spectrophotometer can achieve rapid determination, improve signal-to-noise ratio, and enhance the accuracy of detection methods.

1. Aflatoxin B1 ELISA Test Kit -
This reagent kit uses a competitive ELISA method to pre coat conjugated antibodies on the microplate of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate. Aflatoxin B1 in the sample competes with the conjugated antibodies pre coated on the microplate of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate for aflatoxin B1 enzyme conjugates.

2. Aflatoxin M1 ELISA Test Kit -
This kit uses a competitive ELISA method to pre coat the aflatoxin M1 antibody on the microplate of the enzyme-linked plate. The aflatoxin M1 in the sample and the added aflatoxin M1 enzyme conjugate compete with the aflatoxin M1 antibody pre coated on the microplate of the enzyme-linked plate.
